Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Ryanth for your dress purchase. We are committed to ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer the following return and refund options.


Return Period

We hope you truly love your dress! However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our customer service team within this 7-day window and provide the following:

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be in new, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging

  • Have all labels, tags, and accessories intact, without cuts or damage

  • Not show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or damage

Items that cannot be resold due to use or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request

Email service@ryanth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the item

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

2. Ship the Item Back

If your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Important:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • The address on your package is not the return address.

  • We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

3. Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days and proceed with either:

  • Shipping your replacement (for exchanges), or

  • Issuing your refund (for returns)


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.


Refunds

After your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

If you do not see your refund after this period:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

We understand the importance of selecting the perfect dress. Because most of our dresses are made to order, materials and labor are reserved as soon as production begins. You may still cancel your order, subject to the following terms:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund

  • Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund + full shipping fee

  • Within 72–120 hours: 50% refund + full shipping fee

  • After 120 hours: Refund of shipping fee only

  • Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled
